Travel restrictions between Russia and Finland continue due to the corona pandemic.
We hope to get to Russia again in summer 2022!
M/S Carelia is a passenger ship with two inner decks and a sun deck. The ship can take up to 200 passengers and it sails under the Finnish flag and has a Finnish staff. M/S Carelia sails from Lappeenranta, Finland to Vyborg, Russia through the Saimaa Canal.The cruise hostess on board serves you in all questions and tells you about the history of the Saimaa Canal with announcements during cruise. In addition, you can enjoy music, lottery and other activities on the way.
On board there are two cosy restaurants - buffet restaurant Monrepos and music restaurant Knut Posse. In the tax-free shop you can buy sweets, cigarettes and alcoholic beverages at a reasonable price. The tax-free shop has a small collection of parfumes, cosmetics and souvenirs and it serves as a currency exchange office.
