Visa Instructions

A valid passport and a visa are obligatory for all passengers on the tours to Russia. The only exception is visa-free tours to Vyborg and St.Petersuburg (please see Visa-free cruises to Vyborg or From Lake Saimaa to St.Petersburg, visa-free). The passport should be valid at least 6 months after the visa expires.

We provide ordinary tourist visas for package tours and also single, double and multiple entry business visas. All Russian visas are provided at our office in Lappeenranta.

Opening hours of the Russian Consulate and the annual official and public holidays of Finland and Russia can change the time of delivery for visas.

Attn! Citizens of many countries outside European Union can apply for a Russian visa in Finland only if they have a permit of residence or study in Finland. Otherwise they should apply for a Russian visa through the Russian consulate in their own country. Please check details from our office.

Cancellation terms of visas
Once the application has been delivered to the Russian Consulate or the invitation process has been started the application cannot be cancelled. Cancellation expenses are 100%
