Booking and payment
Bookings should be made in good time. The cost of the tour has to be paid as per the invoice sent by the tour operator. A binding contract between the tour operator and the client comes into existence when the booking fee is paid. The tour operator has the right to cancel the reservation if the booking fee is not paid in due time.

The final payment of the tour has to be paid as per the invoice no later than 28 days prior to departure. If the booking is made less than 28 days before the departure, the whole price of the tour will be charged when booking.

Cancellation fee
If the cancellation is received

• no later than 2 months prior to departure, the booking fee is returned to the client reduced by service fee € 20 / person
• later than 2 months, but no later than 28 days prior to departure, the tour operator has the right to retain the full amount of the booking fee
• later than 28 days, but no later than 14 days prior to departure, the cancellation fee is 50 % of the tour price
• later than 14 days prior to departure or no-show, the cancellation fee is 100%

The client is not entitled for refund if the tour is cancelled in case the Russian consulate refuses to grant a Russian visa for the client.

The costs for visas already obtained in Finland will be charged in full in case of cancellation. In case of cancellation the tour operator also has the right to charge the client for already obtained services (e.g. visas, train tickets, hotel reservations and agent services).

Changes by the tour operator
The tours require a minimum number of participants to enable us to operate them. If the minimum number of bookings required for a particular tour has not been received, the tour operator is entitled to cancel it. The tour operator will notify of the cancellation of one day tour to Vyborg for this reason no later than 8 days before the departure, two day tour to Vyborg and tours to St.Petersburg no later than 21 days before the departure.

Change of price
The tour operator has the right to change the tour price in case the Russian authority fees change or the value of the used currency compared to Euro changes. The tour operator has the right to offer last minute discounts. The discount prices are valid from publishing day forward and do not apply to reservations made earlier.

Changes in brochure information or tour programme
The tour operator has the right to make changes in brochure and website information and other details concerning the tour, such as: change hotel, transportation and tour programme or make other non-significant changes to tours.

Service fee
The service fees in case of cancellation are € 20 / person when the tour price is less than € 80 / person, € 30 / person when the tour price is € 81-200 / person and € 50 / person when tour price is over € 200 / person.
