Citizens of many countries outside European Union can apply for a Russian visa in Finland only if they have a permit of residence or study in Finland. Otherwise they should apply for a Russian visa in Russian consulate in their country of residence. Please check details in our office.
Visa applications are delivered to the consulate through Visa Application Centres. They charge €21 service fee / visa application.
Decisions of granting or rejecting a visa is in the hands of the Russian consulate. Saimaa Travel is not responsible for decisions made in the Russian consulate. Once an application has been delivered to Visa Application Centre and the Russian consulate or invitation process has been started, the application cannot be cancelled and preapayment is not refundable .
When you apply for a Russian visa, please make sure that your passport will be valid at least 6 month after you trip. Remember also that visa is not granted for a damaged passport.
